The new Therm-A-Rest Xtherm NXT Sleeping Pad featuring a refined Triangular Core Matrix construction and ThermaCapture technology delivers a 7.3 R-value and shaves weight out of your pack. The Xtherm NXT is warmer, lighter, and thicker than the previous model cementing the legacy of being the go-to sleeping pad for extreme cold adventures. The thicker 3-inch pad gives you a bigger buffer from the cold ground and is more comfortable than the previous model. The 70D nylon on the bottom of the pad holds up to extended expedition use, 30D ripstop High Tenacity Nylon fabric on top saves weight. The WingLock Valve allows for rapid inflation and deflation but is also intuitive and easy to use with gloves on in frigid weather.
